We provide website support and maintenance services to attorneys. This includes website tasks limited to work that can be completed within 30 minutes, uptime monitoring, website backups, security scans, emergency website restore, monthly software updates, monthly performance and security audit, and more. We do not offer custom website design or development services.

Response and Turnaround Time
Our team will respond to your requests within 24 hours on business days. The turnaround time for website tasks is up to 3 business days, depending on the complexity of the task. For urgent requests, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Fees
Our services are available at a monthly fee, which varies based on the package you choose. We do not offer refunds for any fees paid, but you may cancel your subscription at any time.

No Guarantees
While we make every effort to ensure the security and reliability of your website, we make no guarantees or warranties regarding the effectiveness, accuracy, or reliability of our services. We are not responsible for any lost business or revenue due to website downtime or other issues.

Liability
We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or expenses resulting from the use of our services. We are not liable for any damages resulting from any errors or omissions in our services, or any interruptions in service.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time, without notice.

Confidentiality
We take the confidentiality of our clients’ information very seriously. We will not share or disclose any confidential information to third parties, except as required by law.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which we are based.
